This policy outlines how BADBOY TENNIS LLC handles the shipping of orders placed through www.badboytennis.com.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Most orders are processed and shipped within:1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after the order is placed and payment is confirmed.

  • Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or sales events.

2. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping methods within the continental United States]:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days after shipment. Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight/location.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days after shipment. Cost: Calculated at checkout.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to within the United States.

  • International Shipping: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary widely; please contact your local customs office for more information. We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.  

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.  

5. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may charge an additional shipping fee to reship the order.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact Customer Service at hello@badboytennis.com so we can investigate with the carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
