We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from BADBOY TENNIS LLC. If you are not entirely happy, we're here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• You may return most new, unworn items with tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Items that are worn, washed, damaged, altered, or missing tags may not be accepted.

2. Return Process

• To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@badboytennis.com with your order number and reason for return.

• We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).

• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.  

• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:

• Final sale items

• Gift cards

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact Customer Service within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
